Pre-Chapter 2 Pit is a challenge run in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. In this run, the player attempts to complete the Pit of 100 Trials before entering Boggly Woods.

Rules
Primary
- Complete the Pit of 100 Trials before taking the pipe to Boggly Woods and starting Chapter 2.
- Do not retry battles (Switch).
Optional
- Do not leave the Pit of 100 Trials partway. The run must be attempted in one go.

Tips & Tricks
- This run is very similar to Pre-Hooktail Pit. As such, many of the tips & tricks listed for that run also apply here.
- The most notable difference is that the player has access to Earth Tremor. This can be a good alternative to Fire Drive when battling enemies that are immune to fire.
