Over the years, the Glitz Pit community has compiled tons of information relating to challenge running the Paper Mario series on their Discord server. This page will serve as a hub to find all of that info + any pages related to that information so that it's accessible everywhere.
For Paper Mario 64 and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Jdaster64 has compiled a lot of really in-depth information in his blog: Super Mario Files.

GCN
If you have HP/FP Drain on, attacking an enemy that has Electrified, Payback and/or Return Postage will NOT recover HP or FP. This also applies to Puffs' charges.
JP-Unsuperguardable attacks (seems to be most things that wouldn't deal counter damage in US):
- All Puff charge attacks
- All Dayzee attacks
- Putrid Piranha breath
- Ember multitarget breath
- Flower Fuzzy magic attack
- X-Naut PhD shrink potion only
- Wizzerds' lightning attack
- Bob-ulks explosion (doesn't check for defense anyway)
- Blooper ink attack
- All dragons' attacks (bites are unguardable so it doesn't matter)
- Marilyn thunder & Vivian fire (since they're unguardable it doesn't matter)
- Beldam all attacks except basic punch
- Magnus 1 earthquake
- Iron Cleft attack
- Rawk Hawk prop drop
- Bowser fire breath
- Atomic Boo all attacks except body slam
- Cortez phase 1 attacks and bone flurry attack from phase 2
- Crump X-Naut platoon attacks
- Smorg attacks
- Magnus 2 drill, boomerang, audience (not fists)
- Grodus all attacks (not Xs)
- Shadow Queen all attacks (dark drag is uniquely marked as un-superguardable in US)
